Each person’s journey is unique, shaped by their own experiences and challenges. My primary goal is to connect with clients on a personal level, provide understanding, and offer support throughout their process. I take a tailored approach, using therapeutic techniques that align with each client’s individual strengths and needs.
With extensive training and hands-on experience in psychoanalysis, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, I am able to work effectively with both short-term, goal-focused methods and long-term, in-depth exploration.
Over the past 23 years, I have had the honor of working with a wide range of populations, including young adults, older adults, individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, and those experiencing mood and anxiety disorders. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered, with a strong focus on empowering clients to develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Pittsburg State University (2001) . Since then, I have worked extensively with adults, young adults and seniors in both community mental health and educational settings.
As a multilingual therapist fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, I am able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. I also offer a highly flexible schedule to accommodate each client’s unique needs.
I see clients Monday through Thursday and currently providing Telehealth session only.
