Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Tori, and I am a masters level intern at Aloe. If we are honest, life can be challenging and overwhelming. Some days may even feel impossible. Each person has a unique story, and my goal as a clinician is to tailor therapy to fit your needs.
My passion lies within the realms of reproductive mental health and women’s issues. I largely utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques to treat perinatal mood disorders, infertility diagnoses, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and poor self-esteem.
I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences and a Bachelor of Art in Sociology, complemented by minors in Human Development and Family Sciences and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. While completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I strive to promote mindfulness and acceptance to my clients, as well as create a safe space for self-compassion and personal development.
